Home-Made Crabstick Crackers

Tonight is one of those nights which I feel like being alone. I just can't seem to digest any of the info I received earlier.

Yay made crabstick crackers today! πŸ¦€ Can't wait to make honey cornflakes next week. No pineapple tarts this year because no time to make. 😭

It's actually quite easy to make, all you need is crabstick and oil.

Step 1

Buy non-frozen crabstick. Dodo brand is the best tasting in my opinion. πŸ˜‹

Step 2

Remove the plastic from the crabstick and shred them into 1.5cm pieces (roughly estimate). If it's too thick it wouldn't be that crunchy and if it's too thin, it burned easily.

Step 3

Oil the shredded crabstick so that it doesn't stick together. I usually put one pack (18 pieces) into a sandwich bag and drip a few drops of oil inside it and "marinate" it.

Step 4

Preheat your airfryer for 5 mins at 160 degrees. Place one pack (18 pieces) of shredded crabstick inside for 20 mins. Remember to pause the airfryer every 5 mins and give the crabstick a good shake.

And viola, your crabstick crackers are done. Just remember to cool it before eating. πŸ˜›
